PENANGANAN MASALAH SOSIAL EX NARAPIDANA DAN RESOSIALISASI DI DEPARTEMEN SOSIAL KOTA BAU-BAU PROPINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

ABSTRACT
The problem of ex prisoner, rehabilitation and resocialization in Bau-Bau Municipality. The research is to know how far the ex prisoner seriously handled and the effect of rehabilitation and socializaton of them back among society,and the way of the people living together with them. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The primery and secondary data were taken from social departement Bau-Bau. The result shows that when an ex prisoner back to the society and relatives, they always have problems of adaptation in the form of positive and negative responses. The change of the system of prison in the past and recently cause the ex prisoner are not repent.
