ABSTRACT

The welding is a process of joining metals by heating the ends of metal weather on or under the melting limit with or without pressure, with or without filter metal. Two metal sheets are used to weld the flat things maximum  6 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm with the stack range of 50 mm, weld setting psisition of 60, 80, 100. Statistic analisyses shows that for 5 % variable effect  the weld point range and weld time setting. The bigger the weld time setting, the higher the moving power.
