PENEGAKAN CYBER LAW TERHADAP CYBER CRIME PADA KEAMANAN DALAM BERINTERNET

ABSTRACT

Talking about computer is closely related to the media on what we called internet. Various advances have already been produced by internet technology. At the beginning, the internet is including the development of the intranet as the a means of communication which aimed at sending data from one to another computer in a space which is still approaching near. But the technology has brought the unlimited renewments where by internet, one who is at home can directly communicate to another in a separated far distance.
    The internet technology is not released from the bad influence, that is many crimes are found in the internet world. The crimes in which are the desrection of bank accounts, government servers, the forge of credit card numbers, and other crimes which make other people lost.
    With many crimes happened, we need a special action either from the government or the producer of appliances of the network of internet. From the government, they can formulate the laws which are usually called cyber law, while from the producer, they can give higher security on the appliances they produced in order to prevent the Hacker attack toward the users of computer.
