ANALISIS TERHADAP AMANDEMEN UNDANG -UNDANG DASAR 1945

In accordance with the Constitutional Democration, the alteration of Indonesian basic lows 1945 confict the rigid alteration. By the reformation the amandement of basic constitution 1945 was done only for certain addendums. This research aimed to evaluate weather the amandement to basic lows 1945 is possibly to be altered. This library research used empirical method. The result of the research is that the alteration of the basic lows 1945 is not more than just the human creation that could be altered in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian society.
